Rich, Creamy, Mashed Potatoes

4 large yukon gold potatoes


Chicken bullion

4 oz. cream cheese

1/3 cup butter

Salt and pepper to taste


Peel potatoes and cut them into quarters place in pot and cover with water and add bullion, I suggest measuring the water because you are using bullion to flavor water. Read back of bullion container and use measurements to make chicken broth. Boil potatoes in chicken broth until they’re tender. While potatoes are cooking place butter and cream cheese in a bowl and soften in micro-wave, strain potatoes but keep broth. Place potatoes in a bowl, mash, add butter, cream cheese in a bowl and beat. Add a little bit of broth at a time until you reach the consistency you want, I suggest about ¼ cup of broth provided you thoroughly strained potatoes. Well that’s it! Serve hot and enjoy.
